Test drives are by appointment
Walk-ins are welcome to browse, but booking means the car is prepped and waiting.

Bring your licence
A valid driver's licence is required for any test drive, no exceptions.

Trade-ins take about 30 minutes
Bring the car, both keys if you have them, and your title or lender details.

Video walkarounds and remote paperwork are routine for us.

No — you're welcome to walk in during opening hours and look around at your own pace. Booking ahead is worth it for a test drive, because we'll have the car cleaned, fuelled, and ready rather than asking you to wait.
Enquiries sent during opening hours are usually answered the same day. Anything sent late on Saturday will be picked up Monday morning, as we're closed Sundays.
Yes. Call the sales desk and we can hold a car for a short period while you arrange a viewing. We'll be straight with you if someone else already has a deposit on it.
You can. Pre-approval, trade-in valuation, and vehicle selection can all be handled by phone and email, so the visit is mostly the test drive and signing. Ask us what your particular lender needs in person.
No. We're closed Sundays. Messages sent on Sunday are answered first thing Monday.
Regularly. We'll send extra photos, walk you through the inspection report on a video call, and answer anything the listing doesn't cover, so you're not travelling on a guess.
